Dibs on a funny cartoon idea

Okay, here are two cartoons that should be in the New Yorker except that I can’t draw. If they show up in the magazine, let me know.

1. There are two couples sitting at a bar, the one on the right is retirement-age. They are all wearing leather biker jackets. The two on the right say “Outlaws” and the two on the right read, “In-laws.” The outlaws have to be scowling and the inlaws are happy as can be smiling right back at them.

2. Two people standing next to each other at a cocktail party. One is saying to the other, “I’m sure you don’t remember me, but we were both on the same cc: list a while back.”
